Automatically, when you fulfil the order in Shopify. Booking It Now listens for the fulfilment event and immediately sends the customer a branded email with their unique, pre-filled booking link. No extra steps for you. Works with manual fulfilment, Shopify Flow, and third-party fulfilment apps.

When a customer buys from your Shopify store, their name and email are in the order. Booking It Now passes those details into the booking link so the customer doesn't have to re-enter them. They click the link, see their name already there, pick a time, and confirm — typically under 60 seconds.

The link stays active until they use it (or you set an expiry). Your booking dashboard shows which orders have a link sent, which are clicked, and which are confirmed — so you can see at a glance who hasn't booked yet. Follow-up is up to you, but the visibility makes it easy to know who needs a nudge.

You choose. Inside the Booking It Now app, you link specific Shopify products (or variants) to event types in your scheduling provider. When that product is fulfilled, the corresponding booking link goes out. Products that aren't linked are ignored — your physical product orders won't trigger anything.
