Automatically, when you fulfil the order in Shopify. BookingItNow listens for the fulfilment event and immediately sends the customer a branded email with their unique, pre-filled booking link. No extra steps for you. Works with manual fulfilment, Shopify Flow, and third-party fulfilment apps.

When a customer buys from your Shopify store, their name and email are in the order. BookingItNow passes those details into the booking link so the customer doesn't have to re-enter them. They click the link, see their name already there, pick a time, and confirm — typically under 60 seconds.

The link stays active until they use it (or you set an expiry). Your booking dashboard shows which orders have a link sent, which are clicked, and which are confirmed — so you can see at a glance who hasn't booked yet. Follow-up is up to you, but the visibility makes it easy to know who needs a nudge.

Yes. You can add intake questions to any event type — things like address, project details, service preferences, or anything else you need before the appointment. The customer fills those in as part of the booking flow, and the answers arrive with the booking in your dashboard. No separate form, no follow-up email asking for information you should already have.

You choose which products trigger a booking link. Inside BookingItNow, you link specific products (or variants) to an event type. When that product is fulfilled, the booking link goes out. Products that aren't linked are ignored — so your physical product orders won't trigger anything.

Only if you want it to. If you connect Calendly, Cal.com, or Jobber, your existing setup stays exactly as-is — BIN just handles the automation step between "order fulfilled" and "customer booked." Alternatively, you can drop your third-party tool entirely and run everything through BIN Scheduler. Most merchants on Basic or Standard do exactly that.
